Tom is a well known artist throughout New England. He was born in Lowell and raised in Chelmsford. He started his painting career at a young age and pursued an education in fine art from the Art Institute of Boston.
Tom was also a rock musician in the 80’s, developing his own unique style of painting. He notes, “I feel like I’m making music when I’m painting…and that’s why there’s rhythm in my paintings”. The result is always loose and impressive with harmonious colors that interplay with light. With a distinguishable style that is notably recognizable, this talented artist has won many awards throughout the country.
He is a member of the North Shore Art Association, Rockport Art Association, Chelmsford Art Society, and the Lowell Art Association, Inc. His paintings are owned by many private collectors, businesses, hospitals, and educational institutions in Boston and the region.
