Entry Deadline: November 26th at 12:59pm
Art Drop Off:
Thursday November 30th noon – 2:00pm & 5:00 – 7:00pm
Volunteers who can stay after 5pm & help hang the show will be greatly appreciated!
Holiday Reception: Thursday, December 14th, 7:00-8:30pm
Wine, Food & Fun!
Art Pick Up: Saturday, January 27th, 3:00 – 5:00pm

Submission Information:
1-2 entries per member, all 2D and 3D media welcome. (*Artificial Intelligence Art is not accepted) Art must have been completed in the past 4 years, not exhibited in previous Chelmsford Art Society shows, with subject matter suitable for Library patrons and children, 3D art no higher then 10″, 2D art no larger than 44″ in any direction, framed and securely wired for hanging (sawtooth or clip frames cannot be accepted). Fiber Art should include a sleeve or other place for hardware and be ready to hang.
*No entry fee with active membership
Sales: All sales will be handled by the Art Society. Artists receive 75% and the Art Society receives a 25% commission to support this show and the overall work of the Chelmsford Art Society.
Liability: Neither the Chelmsford Art Society nor the Chelmsford Library is responsible for the loss or damage to any work submitted for any cause. Submitting work will imply agreement on the part of the artist with this condition.
