Committed to funding a diverse cross-section of activities. We support a variety of art forms, works of local artists, environmental education projects and collaborative proposals that bring together artists, organizations, and local cultural groups in projects that serve Chelmsford and the surrounding communities.

A volunteer committee made up of citizens who believe prioritizing the arts leads to a healthier and happier community. Through our grant cycle funding, we support local public programs that prioritize as well as promote access, education, diversity and excellence in the arts within Dracut. We also present art to the public on our own, through Frosties and Kindness Rocks. These DCC projects enrich the whole community.
